The Sakala Resort Bali

To complete the experience, The Sakala Resort Bali also boasts one of the best gyms on the island as well as a spectacular spa with treatment rooms facing the sea. The Sakala Resort Bali has two restaurants and is especially well set up for weddings, parties, corporate events and conferences with extensive space both in door and beachfront.

The Sakala Resort Bali is a 10-minute drive from Bali Collection shopping centre, 30-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport and a 40-minute drive from trendy Seminyak.Fitted with air conditioning and wooden flooring, spacious suites each feature a kitchenette, dining area and a living area with cushions. Amenities include 42-inch flat-screen cable TVs and bath amenities.

Sakala Beach Club is located on the beachfront, offering international cuisines, while Asian delights are served at the restaurant by the main pool. The Lobby Bar specialises in Bali-inspired cocktails and light snacks. Alternatively, guests may order from the 24-hour room service.

Terms and Conditions

• Room rate is quoted per room per night and are subject to (plus) 21% tax and service charge.
• Room rate is inclusive of breakfast for maximum 2 persons.
• This special room rate is applicable from 16 May 2022 to 4 June 2022.
• Room reservations must be guaranteed by full payment after receiving an invoice from Melali Bali DMC (on behalf of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Badung Regency).
• Payment can be made online by credit card (Visa or Master Card).
• Melali Bali DMC will issue an invoice and submit it to you along with online payment link.
• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
• Early arrival before 3:00 PM or late departure after 12:00 PM up till 6:00 PM will be subject to space availability and at 50% charge of the room rate.
• Any late departure after 6:00 PM is subject to 100% room charge and subject to space availability
• Any expenses occurred during the stay at the hotel, shall be settled directly to the hotel prior to departure.
• Hotel requires passport and credit card imprint upon check in.

Cancellation Policy

If a reservation is cancelled, the following terms and condition will apply

• After confirmation up to 22 days prior to arrival date: a cancellation fee equivalent of two (2) nights will be charged.
• 21 days before arrival up to arrival date: the full value of the reservation will be charged.
• No-shows and shortened stays will be charged the full value of the original reservation.
• If for some reason the room reservations are postponed, the same terms and conditions will apply as the cancellation policy.

Payment Method

You could settle your invoice either by Credit Card or Bank Transfer

• Payment using a credit card is so easy, you will get an invoice from us and in a separate email, you will receive a payment link from the payment gateway Instapay. You just need to follow the steps indicated in the link. The payment will then be automatically deducted from your credit card. The system accepts payment with Visa and Master Cards only. Unfortunately, payment with other credit cards is not possible as yet. The service fee for Instapay of 2,75% will be added to your invoice.
• Payment via Bank Transfer will be charged an administration fee amount to USD 35 per transaction (charged by banks in Indonesia). The bank fee in your country should be paid by you (shall be born by the remittance). You will get an invoice from us along with company’s bank account details. Please make sure that you write down the correct beneficiary name. Once you have transferred the payment, we kindly ask you to send us the proof of wire, so that we can trace status of your payment at our bank. It would need a couple of days until your payment reaches our bank account.

Once your payment has been successfully received in our account, we will send you an official receipt and voucher of your hotel.

When you do hotel reservation please let us know which payment method you would like to have, so that we can provide you the correct invoice and thus we can proceed with your final booking confirmation.
